Our key project of 2021. We have built complex sales strategy, processes, implemented sales SW and hired and onboarded BDRs.
Once the CEO hit his time capacities it was clear he needs to build a sales department to scale and gain his time for important decisions back.
After first very successful period of time when nano power acquired it's first strategice customer, there was time to start a sales machine that can acquire new customers consistently.
